Agreement

By using any Sociable Inc product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Products

Sociable Inc offers AI-powered tools for various purposes (writing, reminders, code review, etc.). All products are provided "as-is."

Payments & Refunds

• One-time purchases: Full refund within 24 hours if you're not satisfied. Email hello@app.sociable.social.
• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds for partial months.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

AI-Generated Content

• You own the content we generate for you. Use it however you like.
• AI output may not be perfect. Always review before using in important contexts.
• Our products are tools, not professional advice. The AI Eulogy Writer is not a grief counselor. The Code Reviewer is not a security audit. The College Essay Editor is not an admissions consultant.

Acceptable Use

Don't use our products to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent payment
• Impersonate others or violate their privacy
• Resell our output as an AI service

Limitation of Liability

Sociable Inc is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're a small company building useful tools — please be reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
