Who We Are

Sociable Inc ("we", "us") is a Canadian company that builds AI-powered tools. Our products are hosted at app.sociable.social.

What We Collect

• Email address — to deliver your purchase and send transactional emails
• Payment information — processed by Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Content you submit — text you enter into our forms (e.g., eulogy details, essays, profile text)
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, feature usage) via server logs

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the product/service you purchased
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, delivery)
• To improve our products

AI Processing

Content you submit is processed by AI models (via OpenRouter/Anthropic) to generate your requested output. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your submissions are processed in real-time and not stored beyond what's needed to deliver your order.

Data Retention

• One-time purchases: Your submitted content and generated output are retained for 30 days (for re-download), then deleted.
• Subscriptions: Data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years).

Third Parties

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenRouter/Anthropic — AI text generation
• ElevenLabs — voice generation (if applicable)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Hetzner — server hosting (EU/US)

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@app.sociable.social. We'll comply within 30 days.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixel. Just server logs.
